How To Get The Most Out of Your Deer Meat
The way you freeze and pack your processed venison from the butcher affects how you will use it.
I always pack my steaks in packs no larger than I use at one time. Put all the burger in one pound packs. Also any smoked products also need to be frozen or they will get moldy.
All packs must be marked extremely well you think you will remember what it is but in a year you wont remember, trust me.
